1) Prices listed included postage, shipping and handling fees. So, STRICTLY NO BARGAIN!!!
2) Colors & design may be different slightly due to monitor settings & lighting of the photography.
3) We do not accept by the color does not like, chromatic aberration, goods are dissimilar with attractiveness as your imagination, too big or too small, off-thread, the ordered size does not match you and so on. No Refund and exchange stock once order sent.
4) After payment, pre-order cannot be cancelled, please consider carefully before purchasing. First come, first serve basis.

- For Pre-order items, we will inform you on how much deposits needed.
- No cancellation. Deposit is not returnable, think wisely before you order or reserve any item.
5) If your order is not available due to unforeseen circumstances, full amount will be refunded.
6) If the mailed goods are drawn back to us due to no one signed for the parcel at home, you have to pay for the postage fee so we can mail back to you.
7) The client purchases all merchandise at his/her own risk and BELLA SHOPAHOLIC will not be held responsible for any shortcomings, faults or misapprehension of merchandise sold here.

9) Any pre-order items will take about 1-2 weeks while for ready stock items, 2-4 working days. Occasionally, there will be delay due to certain circumstances.
10) We reserve the right to pass your orders to the next person in the queue if no payment has been made within 24 hours.
11) Please NOTE that once items/goods sold are NOT refundable, returnable or exchangeable.
12) Once we received the payment, we will double check the items/ goods before we send out to all customers. All our packages are sent out properly packed & sealed, We are not responsible for any damaged/lost items during delivery process.
